Recently, VIGGO, the intelligent living brand under Beijing Intelligent Walkers Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Intelligent Walkers"), received the EU CE certification and functional safety certification from the internationally recognized testing, inspection, and certification institution, SGS. The First Intelligent Cleaning Brand to Receive Safety Function Certification in the Industry

SGS is an internationally recognized third-party testing and certification organization that promotes the application of international safety standards for robots in the field of robotics, aiming to enhance the safety of robot products. The CE certification and functional safety certification obtained by VIGGO are two essential certifications within SGS certification services.

The CE machinery directive mainly covers aspects such as electrical safety, mechanical safety, and functional safety. It is understood that the ISO 13849 functional safety level is divided into five levels: a/b/c/d/e, with e being the highest level. Most of VIGGO's safety functions have been certified at the PL d level, far exceeding the industry standard, making it the first company in the industry to receive certification based on the IEC 63327 functional safety special requirements.

The CE certification serves as a safety certification mark, considered the "passport" for manufacturers to open and enter the European market. It is worth noting that VIGGO has passed the full directive certification, meaning it has met the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC), Radio Equipment Directive (RED), and Machinery Directive (MD) according to EU regulations. This not only signifies that VIGGO's products are qualified to enter the European market but also indicates that they meet higher-level and more comprehensive safety standards.

The subsequent SGS project team conducted comprehensive testing procedures and audited relevant technical documents, ultimately confirming that VIGGO's product safety and reliability have reached an internationally recognized advanced level.
